EEA2026 has been thoughtfully redesigned with:

  • Sharper and more relevant categories
  • Refined evaluation frameworks
  • Stronger jury governance
  • Greater emphasis on measurable impact, consistency, and leadership

This nomination form is applicable to organisations engaged in organising exhibitions, including:

  • Multinational exhibition organisers (global headquarters or Indian subsidiaries)
  • Domestic exhibition organising companies
  • Industry associations, councils, chambers, and trade bodies
  • Government and semi-government bodies organising exhibitions

Award Structure – Exhibition Organisers Segment

  • This segment comprises multiple curated award categories, including select Live Competition categories.
  • Organisations may submit nominations in multiple categories, provided each submission is relevant and independently supported.
  • Each category is evaluated on its own merit, using clearly defined parameters.

Complimentary Category Initiative – EEA2026

To mark the 10th anniversary edition and to encourage broader participation based on merit rather than volume, EEA2026 introduces a one-time complimentary nomination:

  • Every organisation is entitled to nominate in any ONE category of its choice at no nomination fee.

Additional category nominations, beyond the complimentary entry, will be chargeable as per the standard nomination fee.

Evaluation Process & Jury Oversight

To ensure fairness, transparency, and global benchmarking standards:

  • The awards process is overseen by an independent Process Advisory & Evaluation Partner.
  • distinguished jury panel, comprising senior industry leaders and domain experts, evaluates all nominations.
  • Live Competition categories are judged on-stage, using structured scoring frameworks.

All entries are assessed on facts, outcomes, strategy, and execution quality—not marketing language.

  • Nomination Fees & Eligibility Period
  • One category: Complimentary (no fee)
  • Additional Categories: ₹5,000 + GST per category
  • Eligibility Period: Events held between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026

Live Competition Categories

Live Competition categories represent the highest level of recognition at EEA.

  • Shortlisted organisations will present live on stage during EEA2026.
  • Each shortlisted organisation will be allotted a strictly timed presentation to showcase its work before the jury and industry leaders (4 minutes presentation + 1 minute Q&A).
  • These sessions offer a powerful opportunity to share best practices, demonstrate leadership thinking, and earn peer recognition at a national and international level.

Participation in Live Competition categories is optional but recommended for organisations with standout work.

Event Access

Upon successful nomination, the nominating organisation is eligible for one complimentary all-access event pass, which includes:

  • Entry to all conference tracks and knowledge sessions
  • Access to networking and B2B zones
  • Entry to the Gala Awards Ceremony
  • Lunch, refreshments, cocktails, and dinner as per the event programme

Award Structure – Conference Organisers Segment
The Conference Organisers segment comprises multiple curated award categories, all evaluated through a non-live, document-based assessment process.
Each category is evaluated independently, based on clearly defined parameters relevant to content quality, relevance, execution, scale, and impact.

Complimentary Nomination Initiative – Conference Organisers (EEA2026)

To mark the 10th anniversary edition and to encourage participation based on merit rather than volume, EEA2026 introduces a one-time complimentary nomination for Conference Organisers:

  • Hotels catering to the MICE segment, including convention hotels and large-format event hotels

Award Structure – MICE Venues Segment

The MICE Venues segment comprises multiple curated award categories, including select Live Competition categories.

Each category is evaluated independently, based on clearly defined parameters relevant to infrastructure quality, service excellence, operational capability, guest experience, and industry impact.

Organisations may submit nominations in multiple categories, provided each submission is relevant and independently supported.

Complimentary Nomination Initiative – Hotels (EEA2026)

To encourage broader participation and recognise excellence across the hospitality-led MICE ecosystem:

  • Hotels are entitled to nominate in any ONE category of their choice at no nomination fee.

Additional category nominations by hotels, beyond the complimentary entry, will be chargeable as per the standard nomination fee.

  • Event production & show management companies
  • Design, fabrication & experiential solution providers
  • Technology, registration, and digital solution providers
  • Logistics, manpower, safety, housekeeping and operational service providers
  • Carpets, furniture, photography, printing, signage, lanyards & travel based service providers

Award Structure – Event Service Providers Segment
The Event Service Providers segment comprises 15 curated award categories, including one Live Competition category.
Each category is evaluated independently, based on clearly defined parameters relevant to service quality, innovation, execution capability, reliability, and client impact.
Organisations may submit nominations in multiple categories, provided each submission is relevant and independently supported.
