Exhibition Excellence Awards & Summit is Asia’s iconic, one & only recognition initiative for the exhibition & convention industry that celebrates excellence in India’s rapidly growing exhibition and MICE sectors. As a driving force behind national economic progress, exhibitions promote industries and initiatives, propelling them toward growth and innovation. EEA honors the tireless efforts of Exhibition Organisers, Service Providers, and Venues who work behind the scenes to create impactful events. Over the years, EEA Summit has been supported by Government bodies like Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Tourism, NSIC, and several leading national & international industry associations like UFI, IEIA, IESA, ICPB, EEMA, AFECA, IELA, IAEE, TAAI, SITE India, PATA India, PHDCCI, ASSOCHAM & many more.

On May 31st, 2025, at the iconic CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre, Mumbai, the EEA Summit 2025 will host its grandest edition yet. This monumental event will bring together over 800 industry leaders, including exhibition organizers, trade bodies, corporate executives, and key stakeholders. Alongside the awards, the India Event Expo will run parallel, showcasing breakthrough innovations and services in the event industry, creating unparalleled business opportunities for all participants.

OUR Nomination Categories

The 9th anniversary edition of Exhibition Excellence Awards will be held on 31st of May 2025 at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre, Mumbai. At EEA2025, the processes have been further refined and the program has been made even more wholesome. This nomination form is valid for the following entities involved in the business of organizing exhibitions:

MNC's (Having global offices or operating as foreign subsidiary in India)
Trade associations, trade bodies, councils, EPC's, Govt. bodies
Domestic organizations operating as exhibition organisers

There are 23 award categories in this segment. Out of these, Seven categories fall under Live Competition categories.

Internationally renowned exhibitions advisory firm has been appointed as the Process Advisor & Evaluator to make the nomination process extremely fair and transparent. A highly acclaimed jury comprising distinguished professionals & industry leaders has also been set up to evaluate the live competitions.

Nomination fees & supporting details: Organisations can apply in multiple categories. There is a nomination fees of rupees five thousand (Rs. 5000 + GST) per category. The tenure for consideration is for shows held between 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Nominees are required to submit the supporting documents (any details/docs that are relevant to prove the authenticity of the filled information) & nomination fees along with their duly filled nomination forms for award qualification.

Nomination deadline: Nominations close on 7 April 2025 (6 PM IST).

Nomination form: This form is divided in three sections i.e., Award categories at a glance, Nomination Details & Nomination filing, Payment Information.

Live competing categories: This is a hugely exciting aspect of EEA where top teams in the category will compete live in front of the jury and audience (during EEA) to win the coveted winner trophy. Each shortlisted organisation will be allotted 2+1 minutes to give their presentation on stage at EEA2025. This is the biggest platform to share your best practices with the global industry at large and get the industry applause! You can apply in multiple categories.

Event Pass: You are eligible to get one complimentary all-access event pass upon valid nomination. Your all-access event pass includes entry in all tracks & sessions, gala awards, networking + B2B zones, lunch refreshments, cocktails & dinner.

There are 6 award categories in this segment (including three in live competitions).

Nomination fees & supporting details: Organisations can apply in multiple categories in this segment. There is no nomination fees in this segment. The tenure for consideration is for participation done between 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Nominees are required to submit the supporting documents (any details/docs that are relevant to prove the authenticity of the filled information) along with their duly filled nomination forms for award qualification.

Nomination deadline: Nominations close on 7 April 2025 (6 PM IST).

Nomination form: This form is divided in three sections i.e., Award categories at a glance, Nomination Details & Nomination filing, authentication.

Exhibition organisers, Venues and Service Providers can also fill this form on behalf of their corporate clients.

Event Pass: Top 3 organisations in each category will get 1 complimentary all-access event pass upon valid nomination. Your all-access event pass includes entry in all tracks & sessions, gala awards, networking + B2B zones, lunch refreshments, cocktails & dinner.

There are 8 award categories in this segment. Out of these, three categories fall under Live Competition categories.

Nomination fees & supporting details: An organisation can apply in upto 3 categories in this segment. For associations, trade bodies and govt. bodies there is no nomination fees and for private organisations there is a nomination fees of INR 5000 + GST per category. The tenure for consideration is for conferences held between 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Nominees are required to submit the supporting documents (any details/docs that are relevant to prove the authenticity of the filled information) along with their duly filled nomination forms for award qualification.

Nomination deadline: Nominations close on 7 April 2025 (6 PM IST).

Nomination form: This form is divided in three sections i.e., Award categories at a glance, Nomination Details & Nomination filing, Payment Information / authentication.

Live competing categories: This is a hugely exciting aspect of EEA where top teams in the category will compete live in front of the jury and audience (during EEA) to win the coveted winner trophy. Each shortlisted organisation will be allotted 3 minutes to give their presentation on stage at EEA2025. This is the biggest platform to share your best practices with the global industry at large and get the industry applause!

There is no nomination fees in this segment. The objective is to honour and acknowledge the excellence of exhibition industry on a global level. Winners will be emailed a Certificate of Excellence, a dedicated post on social media and exposure through print magazine write-up will be provided. This nomination form is valid for the following entities:

Exhibition Organisers (based out any foreign country other than India)
Event Service Providers (based out any foreign country other than India)
Exhibition Venues (based out any foreign country other than India)

Nomination fees & supporting details: Organisations can apply upto 2 categories in this segment. There is no nomination fees in this segment. The tenure for consideration is for projects falling between 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Nominees are required to submit the supporting documents (any details/docs that are relevant to prove the authenticity of the filled information) along with their duly filled nomination forms for award qualification.

Nomination deadline: Nominations close on 7 April 2025 (6 PM IST).

Nomination form: This form is divided in three sections i.e., Award categories at a glance, Nomination Details & Nomination filing, Payment Information / authentication.

Winner Acknowledgement: After the evaluations of all the entries, winners will be notified on email. In case you cannot make it to EEA2025 in person, then we will share your certificate of excellence via email and winners are also entitled to receive a dedicated post on our official social media handle to announce this remarkable achievement!
